This is not just an expansion of the hit retro shooter 'BRAZILIAN DRUG DEALER 3: I opened the Hell Portal in the favela to bring Muita Ayá back to life, now I have to close it!', but also a grand homage to the 2000s Brazilian player-made mods, pirated games, Brazilian music, and the legendary band MAMADAS!

After rescuing Muita Ayá, Makiki Jacki, and the MAMADAS, you throw a party in heaven! But, as they say, all good things must come to an end. Ronaldo Madela has kidnapped the MAMADAS! Rescue them and their GLOBECETA portal car from Ronaldo's grasp. Prepare for a battle against the demons left over from the last invasion, as you clear out the evil remnants and save Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Salvador!

• Embark on 18 campaign levels across the entire city of Rio de Janeiro, through São Paulo and Salvador, down to hell, and even up to heaven, all in the name of saving Rio, São Paulo, Salvador, and the MAMADAS!
• In HORDE mode, there are 7 maps called "MORE COMING"! ("MORE COMING" mode is back! Beware the zombie horde, as more zombies are on their way!!)
