The 31st Student is a gripping first-person psychological horror game that delves into the realms of exclusion, unreliable memories, and the price of witnessing the truth. Navigate the empty halls of a Japanese high school, following the trail of a missing student amidst conflicting records and confronting the parts of the past left deliberately by someone else.

Explore the semi-open campus freely. Chase clues in different sequences, revisit familiar locations, and discover optional evidence and hidden encounters beyond the main storyline. Examine documents, photos, and recordings to unravel the mysteries tied to the school's history.

As dusk gives way to night, the school transforms with it. Spaces that were once familiar start to feel untrustworthy. A chair swaps places behind you; footsteps continue after you've stopped moving. In the darkness that your flashlight can't reach, the school seems to be waiting for a response.

Your choices determine what you keep, reveal, and take out of the school, leading to three different endings.
